It is important to remove silos within your organization and approach all new sales opportunities from a collaborative perspective that is agnostic of any individual department's success. After each meeting, all stakeholders within the opportunity should debrief and determine the next steps for each person involved. Having multiple eyes on each opportunity will increase the ideas being brought to the table and inspire new ways for all departments to work together. This will create a better end product for the customer leading to additional opportunities and naturally drive collaboration within your company's culture.
