Something that I have found useful is to take a step back and to focus on the impact of your project. The "WHY". Whose lives are directly or indirectly touched, who are you helping, what is the legacy that you are leaving behind? We all want to have positive impact and, sometimes in the midst of a project, we loose sight of the "users" that we are working so hard for and get stuck in the pressure (time or cost restraints, long working hours, challenges, disagreements etc.) When we regain sight of the broader purpose, we realise that we are all just trying our best to be superstars for the "users" we serve, and then can more effectively solve the team conflicts and other challenges.
