I’ve experienced many examples working with clients wheretesting was rushed and when we received the results we couldn’t speak to performance of the tests because we didn’t properly identify what we were looking to learn. It’s very common. People get lazy with testing. Be mindful when your client says, “Let’s just test it and see what happens…..” because eventually someone is accountable for the performance report. Follow this advice and you’ll be ready when the executive asks “how did it do? “

The same goes for all experts in their fields. Gently push people for explanations ('The 5 why's exercise' is great for this).
