Learn in emerging technologies like blockchain, cyber security. Engage in continuous learning and adapt to new roles that combine automation with human insight. You can not only safeguard but also enhance your career in the evolving Web3 landscape.

Upskill yourself and be ready for the future. Don't wait for the right time, give 15 to 30 min daily to upgrade yourself . Always ready to solve new problems.Try to solve in a new way.

Starting from focusing on the fundamentals of Testing. Making the core testing skills strong. Core testing fundamentals are never going away. Then make a habit of reading something daily at least starting with a few pages first and learning something new daily. Upskilling yourself is very important with time. Skills development is very important, you should know how to learn and unlearn things in the journey of learning. The tech will keep on evolving we just need to be in a race by updating ourselves. Network well and learn Security testing. Learn to Automate. Create Value for whatever you are doing. These few things have helped me a lot, I hope this helps.
