Seamless Onboarding: Introduce their role gradually to avoid overload. Use video tutorials and virtual tools for remote employees. 3. Encourage & Support: Set clear expectations, provide support, and hold regular check-ins. Balance work with well-being to prevent burnout. 4. Enhance Remote Experience: Use virtual orientations and team-building activities to engage remote hires.

I find that the most important thing prior to bringing in a new Employee is to ensure you have a great culture. Bringing people into a friendly, happy, high-performance environment will automatically lift spirits, the response from the individual will be more receptive in terms of taking on new information. The information must then be tailored to their learning style, it must be relevant, reasonable, and it simply must be enjoyable, or you will lose people! We always attempt to make people feel welcomed into our team as we want them to succeed as much as the individual themselves.

Interaktives Lernen ist immens wichtig und kann, auch aufgrund seiner individuellen Gestaltung dementsprechend angepasst werden. Das Learning by doing verstärkt in den Vordergrund gerät und das Onboatding interessant gestaltet, erhöht meiner Meinung nach die Identifikation mit den jeweiligen Themen. Zu berücksichtigen ist meiner Ansicht nach aber auch personelle Ressourcen einzuplanen die für Korrekturen, Feedback und Erklärungen erforderlich sind. Wer ist intern zuständig? Me parece que esto es lo más importante. En mi caso, dar ese acompañamiento da la impresión a la persona que se está incorporando, de haber llegado a casa. En este caso, pongo a un “buddy” con más tiempo en la empresa para que acompañe al nuevo integrante y le explique de manera sintetizada y con casos de la vida real lo que se maneja en los cursos de capacitación. Así mismo yo una vez cada 15 días durante los siguientes dos meses me tomo el tiempo, al menos 15 minutos de reunirme con el nuevo integrante para saber cómo está, si va bien o donde hay dudas o es necesario reforzar. Estás acciones dan un enfoque de recibimiento más cálido y humano.

If it was up to me on-boarding has to be accompanied with off-boarding. There is to come a space and time where the individual gets off from real time work and go back to the training room. Training room facilitation and on-boarding could have major gaps. By going back to training room for a short period would assist the new staff member who now has live job experience, to ask more clarifying questions and at the same time aid the training department to push out better candidates
