I am not sure of lifelong policies available in Kenya or Ethiopia. However, in the teaching profession, Continuous Professional Development training is the best platform to use in a school to revamp teachers' skills and knowledge in various areas of the teaching profession. This ensures teachers and schools are up-to-date with the current educational practices in the world.

In a world that is rapidly changing and constantly moving, where knowledge expands, grows and changes, it is of paramount importance for people to keep up and the only way is with constant learning. However, there is an ever-growing time constraint so people who wish to continuously learn cannot always opt for more traditional ways of learning. Therefore, it becomes crucial to open up options that meet the demands and help people be able to keep on learning. Establishing these policies ensures that people can build up from their basic traditional education and therefore make them more competitive for today's market.

What’s learning? Is the question that first needs to be deciphered. There is in fact no teaching in the world. There is only learning. The writers who wrote books to teach someone came to realise after a certain period of time that the book was an obsolete or at the best misleading if was read any longer. This is true for any humanly drawn out effort. So the person who is seen at the world stage talking to world in order to give them something new, is not sure enough as to how much fresh the knowledge would remain. Life long learning policy is simply name of an attitude to wards learning. Each time you speak up, you do it condemn some old scroll in a bid to offer something new, which again is invalidated some other guru lurking to smash it

I don't know about _policies_, but I would say that lifelong learning practices - like a career management plan or a vision board - can help someone understand and communicate one's qualifications as well as their goals.

Though lifelong learning policies are available at national level, not all companies provide adequate support and opportunities for learning. This should change. Companies can consider implementing strategies(with or without the support of NGOs) such as creating dedicated learning and development programs, offering incentives for pursuing further education or training, and fostering a culture that values and prioritizes continuous learning. Govt can also support in upskilling by providing subsidies or tax incentives for companies that invest in employee training and development.
