Não é fácil implementar uma nova cultura, mas o que ajuda a conseguir um resultado satisfatório, é conhecer melhor como cada indivíduo ou setor se comporta perante a implantação de novas regras, ou o reforço das diretrizes já existentes. Assim poderá chegar a uma conclusão da melhor maneira de como abordar essa cultura, ao setor ou individuo.

I always tell my teams I value all information they can share where they see a problem. I also welcome any thoughts they have for possible solutions. Then share those ideas with the team and real information on the possibility of implementing a given solution or reasons one or another will not work. If you tell your team real reasons an idea won’t work then some might have an alterations that could make another solution viable. If they are just told can’t do it without the details they will not continue to give ideas.
