Al estar en el segmento alimenticio, será una buena idea llevar las conversaciones hacia temas imprescindibles del sector, HCCP, BPM, 5s (porque es prácticamente obligatorio en plantas de alimentos), TPM o cadena de frío, es decir, todo el tema transversal de TQM (Total Quality Managenent) y acompañar esto con la melodía mas dulce al oido de los empleadores de este y cualquier sector, es decir, indicadores, kg/min, productividad, herramientas y estrategias mejora continua.
