Despite the fact that almost every project plan contains a end step of Post-Project Review, those reviews rarely actually happen in any structured way. Not impossible, but quite difficult. :-) This is because our brain tends to go to the worst case scenario whenever things don't go our way. conjure up all the bad outcomes that can happen. This is why when your boss doesn't say hi to you in the morning, you think that you might be fired soon! So, when you get criticism of feedback, it's important to put it into contacts of your entire career and not of the moment. That doesn't mean that the person giving the criticism of feedback is wrong just that you need to figure out where it fits don't try to explain this to them though, because then they will think that you are being defensive.
