Conventional PSV Back-Pressure Misunderstanding: I am not sure how many engineers know about this, however, most of the engineers I have encountered in my experience do not know about the following: The Back-Pressure limit for a conventional PSV of less than 10% of set pressure is only on the built-up and variable superimposed backpressure and not on the total back pressure which is the sum of: 1) Built-up Back-Pressure 2) Variable Superimposed Back-Pressure 3) Constant Superimposed Back-Pressure I have observed this misunderstanding generally in the engineering community and therefore wanted to highlight the same so that it can be clarified to all.

Always keep in mind the envisaged operating envelope and not just the base case conditions to ensure that the design can meet a range of expected outcomes. No te cases con tus respuestas, tus métodos y con tus ideas limitantes. Abre la mente, explora posibilidades buscando nuevas formas de cómo SI lograr el resultado. Una mente abierta encuentra mejores soluciones que aquellas que siempre resuelven las situaciones de la misma manera. La mayor parte de los roadblocks son solucionables cuando no te concentras en el obstáculo sino en la mejor alternativa para solucionarlo.

La habilidad esencial se basa en ser analítico y metodológico, de esta forma tener un abanico visible de posibles causas que estén afectando una organización, pudiendo reflexionar en profundo las necesidades actuales y evaluando el impacto holístico de este.

Para una efectiva gestión de procesos, es primordial poseer una excelente comunicación, liderazgo, negociación y trabajo en equipo, la información se debe recopilar en un escenario de confianza y fluidez, permitiendo una extracción sólida y fehaciente de los datos, además de poder gestionar eficazmente el cambio cultural organizacional, minimizando la resistencia a las nuevas implementaciones de procesos.

Estoy de acuerdo, para gestionar los procesos de forma adecuada, debe adaptarse a las nuevas tecnologías y exigencias del mercado, garantizando resolver nuevos problemas y necesidades.
