Creativity is majorly subjective and can be slightly different than design. Before taking a leap to demonstrate creativity, let's first get a clarity of what creativity means to the interviewer or for a specific assignment. Something which is appealing to you might not be the same for others, and others may have a different perspective to it. Therefore, if it is a design based role, your focus should be to solution creation, usability, customer expectations and their behaviour. Majorly, portfolios, past work samples, etc. are common instruments to demonstrate your capabilities.
