The implementation of the DG should ensure actionable checkpoints within the system, so that the lineage of base entity is to be protected without decay. These checkpoints need not be new so as to disrupt the existing process or adding effort overheads rather we can be taking advantage of the existing process within the system to tailor to address the decay in line with the defined policy , standards and guidelines.

Brainstorm previous data and current data to briefly understand the difference in competency rate. 2. Evaluate the data. 3. Offer the training as per individual interest (not as per project benefit only) 4. Meanwhile, L&D should be prepare respective functional charter and OCM team should start encouraging employees for this new change. 5. Engage employees with different activities rather than online, offline trainings. This will also be a cultural change if we have several activities related to their job role.
