In my opinion, besides Salary raise, their is need for empowerment to take decisions, having some Budget to achieve the task, Above all Working Flexibility is key like Flexible Working hours, Work From Home, Shifting work hours & job swap with colleagues. These are the points which I want to emphasise for the working people to negotiate.
