Regarding that, now days we have the system called PEPMIS!In thi system, you have your all work and target, so your boss has nothing to do with your perfomance, because if you done your work work properly, you will archieve a high but if you done nothing you will get what you have! However, your boss can assist you to understand your tasks or assignment on how,why,when and what to do so that, yoi can what what is needed to be done, including report and activities!
