Siempre debe existir roles claros de cada posición dentro del proceso y acuerdos de servicio en la cadena. Comunicación clara y efectiva de los resultados que se espera vs. los que se están alcanzando. Medición del desempeño por proceso es decir cross funcionalmente y no en silos. Aplicación de reuniones de retroalimentación diaria, para revisión de los indicadores del proceso y trabajar en una cultura de mejoramiento continuo. Capacitar a todos los equipos para que entiendan sus roles y el impacto que tienen en la cadena tanto hacía atrás como adelante, brindar capacitación en mejora continua y medición de indicadores claves de desempeño. Hacer uso de la tecnología para mejorar procesos.

In my experience, the clash rarely arrives solely due to input from the dispatches and the truckers. 9/10 times the thing that really causes the issue is bad management. Suppose you don't properly update and inform both parties, then naturally issues will arise. Use modern tech to your advantage and give the right people the same information at the correct tie!
