I aim for an hour or less. Its easier on a bridge as those involved hear the updates. I always say if you have no updates sent out as its still the same situation. If you can say what is happening from your side, escalation, internal discussion. This helps to keep the comms going.

I find this one a great help, if you are at home and need food or to meet an appointment out of work. To have the additional stress of travel does not help.
