Las contradicciones a la hora de tomar decisiones, según mi experiencia, puede ser por dos razones: falta clara de objetivos o que dichos objetivos, por su definición, pueden tener varios puntos de vista. Si es por el primer motivo, pues es responsabilidad del gerente de tomar el tiempo en pensar en la estrategia de la empresa/proyecto y poner dichos objetivos claros. Si, en cambio, dichos objetivos, por definición son bastante "borrosos", el gerente deberá escuchar activamente todas las partes y al final deberá tomar una decisión muy bien argumentada sobre el rumbo a tomar. Siempre hay que intentar definir y medir claramente los objetivos. Pienso que en la mayoría se puede y, así, evitar el segundo caso de conflicto, arriba mencionado.
