While work-life balance is a concept unknown in India, I have tried time-and-time again to keep my team engaged in activities that bring forth a balance. As a team leader the perform of my team is my responsibility. Having said that, it is also my responsibility to identify burnout and low morale. Many companies even now believe that the amount of work done is directly proportional to the time spent in office. But things are much different. Thus, I plan offsites. My team is still working but in a different environment, where they can feel uncaged.

There is not a quick fix to the problem. Anyone who tells you that is lying or doesnt know what they're talking about.
