Set clear, achievable goals and communicate them effectively to your team. Ensure everyone understands their roles and how their work contributes to the overall project. In a recent project, I broke down our main goal into smaller, manageable tasks, which made it easier for the team to stay focused and see progress.

For instance, I made it a point to acknowledge team members' hard work during meetings and through team-wide emails, which significantly increased motivation and engagement.

During a tough phase, I organized short workshops and training sessions that not only helped the team improve their skills but also provided a much-needed break from the project’s pressure.

Promote a healthy work-life balance to prevent burnout. Ensure that team members have time to rest and recharge, especially during demanding project phases. I introduced flexible working hours and emphasized the importance of taking breaks, which helped the team maintain their energy and productivity.

Promover o equilíbrio para que as pessoas não percam a sanidade é um fator importante de uma gestão forte. Em alguns momentos, em vez de puxar ainda mais a equipe, pode-se simplesmente pedir para irem cedo pra casa, ou chamar para tomar um café. Momentos críticos vão sempre existir em todo tipo de empreitada, mas ajudar a equipe a administrar corretamente essas situações e emoções é parte importante do papel da liderança.

Eu sempre levo ao meu time o seguinte lema "juntos somos mais fortes" e isso não é demagogia, é visível na prática. O time unido "dentro e fora de campo" gera uma cumplicidade e reflete na coesão, no se completar. A equipe é composta por indivíduos com habilidades, qualidade e anseios diferentes um do outro, é normal, um time unido se completa, o que falta para um tem no outro e isso é trabalhado no pessoal tanto quanto no profissional. Reuniões de trabalho dentro da corporação da parte, é necessário, mais também temos que envolver o time em atividades extra corporação, lazer, recreação, competições entre o time que fomente está cinergia entre os colaboradores. Sucesso a todos.

Be transparent about project status and any changes, and involve the team in decision-making processes. Encourage resilience and a positive mindset by setting an example and remaining calm under pressure. Finally, seek feedback regularly and be open to adjusting your approach based on the team’s needs and suggestions.

Usually to lead your team perfectly you have to show real practical help, setting goals and tracking is on point. But you have to show them your personal action steps with the projects, then division the project into small stages and make every single one on the team to lead it, and see how they will put goals to track it, and round and round. The real leadership to face the challenges is to teach your team how to be a leader.
