Cuánto ya entramos en acción hacia un plan estrategico ahora es el gran momento de ver los resultados. Y dar seguimiento ya que está está de evaluación nos va a permitir darnos cuenta si lo que estamos haciendo e implementado funciona o no está dando los resultados esperados. Ahí debemos hacer una modificación hasta que logremos hacer que los empleados de verdad esten viviendo una experiencia de crecimiento y aprendizaje.
