Create a safe space for your client to express their feelings without judgment. A client who was recently laid off might express feelings of anger and uncertainty. The coach acknowledges these emotions and validates their experience, emphasizing that it's a common reaction to job loss. Emotional Resilience: Guide your client in developing emotional resilience by focusing on coping mechanisms and stress management techniques.
