What is opportunity gain we can achieve so need to conduct its feasibility. how much loss if will not, solve the problem. Set the priority based on its risk.

Do the brainstorming of pros and cons of technology. Select the technology. Asses of its impact if technology apply, check the counterpart such as operations or another discipline related. For multinational company, is there any subject matter expert who had better experience
