I think batching content is often suggested, but not as regularly implemented. As you plan out your content calendar, see what your content needs are - if it's video, what are the topics you want to cover with a few weeks worth of video? Write out that list then set aside the time you need to record these videos (especially with short-form video). If you have several videos you plan to record, consider wardrobe changes for what is visible on camera to make it appear that your content was shot over time. Decide the frequency that works for you, can you do a month's worth of video in a session? Just a few weeks? Put on your calendar the frequency of these sessions so you plan for it.
