I am lucky to work at a company that has an AWW (alternate work week) where the total contractual or standard work hours remain the same, but we may adjust our start and finishing times to meet project, client, or personal expectations, while also allowing us to take breaks in our day to accommodate personal obligations and commitments around family and wellbeing. We should also take accountability to align our schedules with our teams and clients, but at the same time we should all be empowered to work flexibly to ensure set boundaries.

I love how AI is now providing solutions that just didn't exist only a few years ago. An effective TA is or shouldn't be held in isolation within a company. If you are a single TA in a company your HR, L&D, Marketing should all have an interest in helping you succeed. Outside of your company, use social platforms like LinkedIn to find best practises and look for new innovative solutions. In the UK the CIPD now covers TA and has a ready network for you to tap in to. If you don't integrate yourself with other TA, you won't learn anything new, and the world of TA is changing.
