I started holding evening talk sessions so that instead of everyone just showing up, working, and leaving, they could talk about their jobs and personal lives, which would keep the atmosphere upbeat and inspire them as well. Additionally, you can get possible criticism from them to make improvements.

Creating process flows that can be shared within the group. Have discussions about challenges and changes. We have a team call 4 days out ok f the week. It really helps when we identify an issue and bring it up during our call. All eyes are on the problem and someone may have experienced before. These are some of the ways ou eff team works really well together.
