It would mostly on the regular meeting. Except doing the fundamental, planning your strategy direction and goal thoroughly, I will be spending around half hour to have my own mental preparation before, let's say the sprint meeting, ensure your energy is strong enough to spread your desired emotion to the Team with your words, your voice, your tone & your expression. And the effect could be huge, the chemistry changed would be last for entire week, having the team fully engaged and work productivity toward the goal.

Leading by example is something I learned in the military. It definitely carries over into civilian life. Delegation of tasks is a must. Yet I find something endearing about a leader always willing to show how something is done properly so that the team has an understanding of what is expected. There is a level of respect that follows a leader who isn't afraid to get hands on or give an example. I've found that team members want to do more because a leader takes the time to show and has the understanding of what it takes on their end.
