Make friends. At times, depending on the work setting, it's hard to make friends. My thoughts are you were once in preschool and did not know how to go about it.

Support is key. Relationships are formed and so is a strong belief in each other. Find ways to say one thing to someone you never spoke to before regularly.

It would be beneficial to profile each member of the organization as you identify their strengths and pair them up with people who can help them work on the things/skills they need to improve on. Knowing each member inside and out and helping them embrace and improve themselves alongside others can foster harmony in the organization🦄🌈

One thing that I have found very helpful as a life coach, is the decision to invest in continuous learning in my personal and professional development. Being intentional about being in community with other liked minded women have produced collaborations, speaking opportunities, partnerships and mutual support that I couldn't possibly have done on my own.
