I wholeheartedly agree with personal sharing. In my experience, trainees absolutely love this part. It allows us to build strong bonds with them because: - Trainees enjoy learning more about the trainer in personal level. - Trainees appreciate real-life scenarios. - Trainees love listening to stories.

Demonstrate through more of both non-verbal and non-formal(I suggest say over 70%) that you can perfectly fit within the context on the matter at hand. This allows you to jump over the first immidiate hurdle, to build a secure foundation of mutual trust. Verbal and formal have higher chance to decontextualizes in most cases. They require professional experienced communicators to effectively utilize them to build trust. Prefer aural, visual and sensual interpretable signallling and symbolic transmission. They convey rich messaging, fast connects, establishes rapport, and provides the solid ground upon which further concrete contractual substansive communication is established. It is low cost, efficient, and provides instant feedback.
