In my personal view, it is good to equip your team with the necessary skills and knowledge through training programs, and access to industry resources van enhance their competency. For example, Organize a workshop on the latest procurement strategies and tools. Enroll your team in a citified course on supplier management, such as CIPS( Chartered Institute of Procurement and supply) training. Provide access to industry journals and databases.
