Muchas veces me encotré aferrada que lo conocido era aquello que mejor me salía y más cómodo me resultaba, eso me impidió por mucho mucho tiempo saliera de "La caja" o la Incómoda, cómomda zona de confort. Aprendí que en este mundo, que está en connstante cambio y transformación quien no se adapta o se flexibiliza, se queda anclado al pasado!

Durante más de 20 años trabajé en organizaciones donde el dicho que más lo identificaba es: "Haz lo que yo digo, más no lo que yo hago." En mi rol de responsable de Administración y RRHH comencé a mostrarle a los equipos que es mejor hacer que decir, yo puedo darte mil explicaciones de como se hace o no algo, sin embargo cuando me veían hacer las cosas de una maera diferente quedaba pregnado en ellos.
