Una forma que utilizo para garantizar la autenticidad de los comentarios de los usuarios finales, es una vez tengo el proceso mapeado y refinado, realizo una reunion para presentarlo con todas las partes interesadas e impactadas y dejo que cada uno aporte sus comentarios para llegar a un acuerdo, por lo general grabo la sesion con el permiso de los asistentes.
