Ensure your successes are visible by sharing accomplishments in meetings and through internal communications. Network with other executives and industry leaders to build relationships and increase your presence in influential circles. By strategically increasing your visibility, you demonstrate your value and readiness for further advancement.

The true role of a leader is to build more leaders (I forget to said that originally).
