Another approach can be to specialize in how to apply AI within an INDUSTRY (i.e. education, pharma, banking, FMCG, etc.) Especially when technical professionals advance in their career, it is crucial for them to understand the “bigger picture”; i.e. how AI transforms not only the operating but also the business models of their organization and how AI will shape their industry in the future. 💡My clients are already paying a considerable premium for individuals or whole AI teams coming from the same industry!
