I like and suggest percentages. If you put hard numbers, it may actually dilute your impact. Numbers that are not impressive at Fortune 100 national companies can be wildly impressive at seed stage or series A start-ups. Estimates are a great way to add metrics and scope to your resume! Using ranges (15-20), approximations (approx. 25 or 20+), percentages (30%) and other methods of providing scope for timelines (weekly, annually, etc.) are all great ways to incorporate numbers without having to have the exact amount.
