Your client doubts the impact of your coaching feedback. How can you reaffirm its value?

Welcome each questions from client which can build rapport with you as a trainer or coach. Admit that you are ready for any such questions and you welcome a healthy discussion on the subject. Listen to the client problem and stick to your basics and make him understand the importance of the session and value of the session.

Give a short gist about the session and make the client understand the importance of the session. Make him understand your objective. Give his some real life examples and improvement happened to the organisation after your training.

Provide concrete examples of the progress your client has made since the start of your coaching sessions. Use specific metrics, milestones, or behavioral changes to illustrate their achievements. For instance, "Since we began, you've successfully implemented three new strategies that have improved your team’s productivity by 20%. This is a significant achievement that reflects the impact of your hard work and our collaborative efforts." Highlighting tangible progress helps your client see the value in your feedback.

Give them an Organizational Analysis, Task Analysis and Person analysis (OTP Model) after the Client meeting. It will help the client understand the progress which their team will make after the session. Prepare a before after analysis.

Prepare unique training program for each client as the organisation and the culture & concept of the organisation is different. Communicate the same to the client before your session to avoid future complications and dissatisfations.

By offering relevant articles, books, or case studies that align with the feedback you've provided, you give your client tangible evidence and further insights into why your advice is beneficial. Additionally, recommending workshops, webinars, or courses can reinforce the concepts you're teaching and demonstrate a commitment to their growth. Introducing your client to tools and techniques that can support their development, such as productivity apps or assessment instruments, can also provide practical support.

Share success stories or testimonials from other clients who have benefited from your coaching. This can provide a broader context and reassure your client of the potential positive outcomes. Additionally, consider setting up a periodic review to formally assess progress and recalibrate goals. This structured approach can provide ongoing validation of your coaching’s effectiveness.
