I would not review ITIL prior to the System management discussion. It is more important to know the methodologies around change management and service management in general than any specific framework. I do not expect ITIL foundation questions at this stage unless it is specified in the Job specification, each company may have its own service management framework which is loosely based around the ITIL and/or AGILE concepts. I tend to find that having the knowledge that is gathered throughout years of multiple companies proves just that, Know your "stuff" but do not be disheartened if you do not know their "stuff"
