Implement 7 basic Quality tools (e.g. Pareto charts, data sheets, histograms, Fishbone, stratification, control charts, and scatter diagrams) to collect field data from customers and process to link customer experiences with process parameters (recipe, temp, humidity, time, etc… Use QFD to collect VoC and then Process Characterization techniques to develop standards oriented to customer delights

Food and beverage is no different than any other manufacturing industry. All the basics of good continuous improvement apply as they do in other businesses. I would say my experience in food and beverage was highly focused on asset management, it's tough to have a consistent operation in high-speed manufacturing if your equipment isn't reliable.

I will start trouble shooting consultancy for solving problems of food and beverage industry. In this I will do: 1. Analysis of problem 2. Find out root cause of problems. 3. Find out way to correct the problem. 4. Implement the correction. 5. If needed research the new way to eliminate the problem and make product of better quality than previous. 6. Take feedback after implementing new way/recipe. 7. Do continuous monitoring and probability of new improvements with respect to advancement of technology.
