I'm paraphrasing, but often, in early-stage startups, founders say "It is better to try for an outcome that will work, than not have an outcome at all. The coach can listen to what the client believes to be true and where the client has the will to focus on behavior changes, based on the feedback.

Although not all executives and senior managers will admit, but I am sure that they all have their struggles, doubts and stress.
