Defino el problema, identificando objetivos y entendiendo el contexto. Recolecto y preparo datos, limpiando valores faltantes, duplicados y outliers, y estandarizo. Realizo un EDA utilizando gráficos para identificar patrones y relaciones, y calculo medidas de tendencia central y dispersión. Selecciono métodos y modelos adecuados, como regresión, ANOVA, y aplico modelos predictivos como regresión lineal y logística. Ajusto y valido el modelo, evaluando con validación cruzada. Interpreto los resultados, evaluando significancia con p-valores e intervalos de confianza, y considero la relevancia práctica. Comunico los hallazgos mediante informes detallados. Implemento las soluciones recomendadas, monitoreo su impacto, y ajusto estrategias.

In cases where data needs to be extracted from multiple sources, the process can become even more complex. Quanto a análise de regressão, poderíamos ter a regressão linear para estudar a relação entre as variáveis, no caso ela é um dos métodos. Mais adequado para quando se quer modelar a relação entre as variáveis independentes e uma variável dependente a partir de uma relação linear. Além do teste t de Student, que é usado para comparar médias de duas amostras independentes, ou quando se compara a média de uma amostra com outra já conhecida, por exemplo, temos o teste Z. Neste caso ele é aplicado quando temos uma "distribuição" amostral da média grande o suficiente para se aproximar da distribuição normal. Além disso, temos o teste de proporção. Onde poderíamos comparar a proporção de uma amostra com a proporção esperada ou de outra amostra.

Também poderíamos aplicar o teste Z neste contexto, assim como o teste de hipóteses. Lembrando que a hipótese nula é uma afirmação inicial, testada estatisticamente para determinar se há evidências suficientes para rejeitá-la em favor da hipótese alternativa. Neste caso, a hipótese nula objetivaria afirmar que não há efeito ou diferença entre grupos, isto é, correlação. Enquanto a hipótese alternativa iria afirmar o contrário.

É importante destacar que nos passos anteriores já é para se ter em mente se a análise exploratória de dados será quantitativa ou qualitativa. Para posteriormente aplicar testes estatísticos mais avançados.
