By thoroughly assessing our needs and determining where new technologies can provide real benefits, we can establish solid foundations and take strong, impactful steps. Design Evaluation: Assess tools for ease of use, compatibility, and a quick learning curve. Engineer Adaptation: Test tools for functionality and smooth integration, adjusting based on results. We aim for technologies that improve work and integrate seamlessly, minimizing disruptions and maximizing efficiency. This ensures informed and beneficial choices for our teams.

Here’s our streamlined technology integration process: Strategy: Identify goals and needs. Research and select the best technology. Design & industrialization team: Conduct training. Run pilot tests. Set aside time in your schedule for deep work. About an hour a day is what i would recommend. Consider these learnings sessions as an exploration and deep work. Because they will require your full attention. Make sure to reflect on the things you learn with each session as these reflection will help you to cement your learnings. A good way to reflect as you are learning is to consider some of these questions: What did I do? What worked well, what didnt work so well? What could be improved? What is something that I want to try next time?

Integrating new technologies in the current workflow can be tricky. There may be something which works wonderfully and some may not. We need to embrace changes which help achieve success. Hence it is essential to check the feasibility by running a pilot test on smaller projects and seeing its effect on the workflow. All the small steps that you can speed up will help you to iterate faster and have a more seamless workflow in the tool which sometimes can be essential in order to not break the creative state of flow.
