Here's how you can safeguard the privacy and confidentiality of data in your statistical analysis work.

The main measures we, as data scientists and data analysts, sould take to guarantee the safety of the data we are working on is to anonymize tha dataset and mask sensitive data as often as possible. Beyond that we should make sure that the only people with access to the integral data are those unarguably essential, always aware of correct data governance and da safety. At last we must be extremely mindfull about the way data is being transfered, stored and finally analysed and presented.

Though it is difficult to ensure confidentiality of data while analysing the data statistically, policy awareness is the best way to protect the data from reaching to unwanted premises. The policy awareness plays a pivital role even in those situations when an effective employee switches his job. However, wise management of the firm may use some tactics to prevent the employees from switching e.g. signing the bond of service, negotiating with the employee by offering incentives/bonuses, etc. etc.
