Oh,yes I absolutely understand the economy, it’s also affecting me. However my weekends, my overtime speak for themselves. Exactly, you show no overtime, because I never wrote it down. However if you look at the dates for homes that were passed by city inspectors with all the issues of late, you’ll note the date on the cards, I doubt or at least you’d be hard pressed to find city inspectors that would come out on the weekend to pass homes.

I understand your goal. And I’m very impressed with the company and the direction it’s going, and I want nothing more than to be a part of it. In fact I’m hoping to build twice as many homes next year, and I believe this company can do it. I’ve seen a few things that we can cut cost and make a real difference in our generation of new homes. The faster they get up the faster they sell. And as you can see, the last 2 communities have been done in record time, despite issues that arose during my employment. The fact is, I appreciate the people, your leadership and I want to stay.
