System architecture projects must also include system dashboards as deliverables, thus progress on system architecture projects can be shown on the dashboard, if dashboard not available, it can be mean that the system (part) are not established yet. The problem of systems dashboards are, it may not able to show the details progress in development, and insufficient data to higher stakeholder. Tailoring the updates and providing the evidence of progress may need to be done manually. Project work break down, need to organised using block system as the architecture described, thus the progress of the project can be shown systematically using the architecture visual that already understood previously.

Regular briefing is good thing to adopt but somehow the interval is dependent on the size and complexity of the project, if a project is long overhaul then you might need to set a milestone at a fairly long interval space ( one or two sprint ). If it’s a complex one, then you might need it to divide it in shorter one where interval space is dependent on individual shorter ones
