Sharing successes. Innermost Shift happens when clients delve inside of themselves to unlock their true potential, understand their limiting beliefs and how to turn them into empowering ones. When my client moved from "I am not enough" to "I am enough" to "I am more than enough", I felt the power and success of personal coaching. Or when my client moved from inconsistency, lack of discipline and vision to a powerful trend setter in these areas, his transformation elevated his levels of Happiness. And the list goes on. The empowerment that we as coaches can bring about with personal coaching, is piwer itself.
