With collaborations with more than 6,000 brands, we operate in the UK, US, China, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and Australia. Our passion for saving money drives every decision we make, focusing wholly on the needs of our members, to whom we provide an award-winning service. Proudly, we are the recipients of the 'Cashback Site of the Year' award at the Moneyfacts Consumer Award nine times and hold a 4.5 rating on TrustPilot.

At TopCashback, since we began, we have been committed to building a fair, diverse and inclusive company. We believe that diversity and nurturing a culture where we can all be our true selves at work, makes us stronger as a business. We celebrate differences and foster a fair and equal environment for us all to flourish in. After all, we spend most of our time together.

With fairness at heart, we‘re committed to being an equal opportunity employer regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, religion, disability, nationality, age or similar. Whoever you are, whatever walk of life you are from, we'll welcome you to our TopCashback family.

The Role

Working in TopCashback's busy, proactive in-house press office means translating creative ideas and brand campaigns into impactful consumer news across print, online and broadcast. You will be responsible for creating high-quality, targeted money content and press releases to generate positive media coverage for the brand. We want to convert consumers to cashback users, so a love of writing content is essential to make sure our key messages stick.

Whether it's shouting about the best deals for new members, or assisting with tips and tricks across various finance topics. From supporting our expert commentary with robust research, to spreading the word about how to save even more using tools such as TopCashback Compare, our app and browser extension - we want shoppers to know just how much TopCashback can do to help stretch what's in their pockets.

No day is ever the same, but you'll be working closely and regularly with the wider communications team, including marketing and social to help develop memorable media moments, all whilst maintaining our good reputation for fair play.

The successful applicant will be motivated by a career in PR, or communications more generally, and enjoy building lasting, professional relationships - particularly with members of the press across all media types, and they will have the ambition to land coverage through their contacts in the UK's biggest and best news outlets. Enjoying working as a team and supporting and more junior members is essential, whilst a personal interest in deal hunting or saving money is desirable.

The role will be based at TopCashback's London office, and also offers flexible hours and hybrid working. Occasional travel to TopCashback's HQ in Staffordshire may be required based on business needs.

We're invested in helping our press officer get as much out of working with us at TopCashback as possible, so we'd love to welcome someone who has a growth mindset and a willingness to learn. An open mind will be important, and we expect you to contribute fresh perspectives, whilst embracing both giving and receiving constructive feedback.
