Role consists out of:
Hardware infrastructure
The candidate should have an affinity for problem solving, they would be able to quickly grasp a business requirement, understand the underlying processes and apply technical solutions.
They will be capable of working to deadlines, prioritising key tasks, working independently, and reporting progress back to wider teams for review and comment assessment.
It would be nice if the candidate has experience with the hardware, software, services in use by Goliath. But if not, is eager to learn about those

- First line support. Making sure all issues and questions coming to IT support for UK but also globally are getting addressed
- Training of and writing documentation for end-users
- Maintenance and monitoring of servers and endpoints
- Procurement and configuration of new equipment
- Onboarding and offboarding users
- Support for local and global IT projects
