The ideal candidate is an analytically-minded professional with a strong foundation in financial modeling and product structuring. You will play a vital role in supporting deal execution, conducting market research, and assisting in the development of investment strategies. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct financial modeling and analysis for real estate investment opportunities

- Assist in structuring investment products (e.g., SPVs, limited companies)

- Support senior team members in client meetings and presentations

- Conduct market research and contribute to investment strategy development

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings

Requirements:

- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or on a trading desk

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling

- Understanding of various investment vehicles and product structuring

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to balance analytical work with client-facing responsibilities
