Shout-out to our UK ESPN team, who are busy keeping everyone up to date from the Olympic Games in #Paris2024! 🥇 Through UK digital channels, ESPN’s Connor O'Halloran is reporting live from Paris on everything from swimming and gymnastics to basketball and athletics. To help fans, ESPN has created a handy day-by-day event guide on where to catch all Team GB athletes to not miss a moment of the action. Connor O’Halloran, Associate Editor ESPN, shared his favourite part about working on the Olympics: “The constant drama. At any one time, there is an athlete living out the biggest dream of their life, and also someone whose never came true. To be there and watch it unfold is a privilege. I’ve seen athletes leap boundlessly with joy, and others collapse into a tearful heap. And you can never truly know which one you’ll see.” Here’s where you can keep up to date: https://lnkd.in/ekYRQV57 #ESPN #TeamGB

✨ With South Asian Heritage Month in full swing - and this year’s theme of ‘Free to Be Me’ – we’re celebrating the rich culture, epic history, and incredible contributions of people with South Asian heritage. Our Disney Diversity Business Employee Resource Group (BERG) hosted an array of events to mark the month, including a Henna Artistry workshop offering the chance to learn about the history of Henna and how to create beautiful designs and a workshop on Islamic Geometric Design and Architecture. Later in the month cast members can learn more, and join celebrations for Raksha Bandhan, a traditional Hindu holiday. Co-Chair Disney Diversity (BERG), Faika Khurram said: ‘Being able to tell South Asian stories means everyone can learn about each other's heritage - allowing people to be their authentic selves. It's what makes what we do at the Disney Diversity BERG so rewarding.’ #SouthAsianHeritageMonth #MyDisneyStory #FreeToBeMe
