If you have: - Accounts preparation experience - A head for numbers and strong analytical skills - Strong Excel and financial modelling skills - A sound understanding of UK GAAP measurement - An ability to see things from a commercial perspective and you're looking to: - Utilise your skillset in a more commercial environment - Make a significant impact on clients through your work - Work in a fun, friendly and supportive environment - Do good through your work and strive to make the world a better place The role is remote 3 days / office-based 2 days (if full time), in the Reading area, but this can be flexible depending on your location and circumstances.     We're busy working on some exciting roles and we're looking to work with candidates from a range of backgrounds including: 🎯 Lead Advisory/M&A - Manager/Senior Manager and Associate Director levels 🎯 Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence / SPA - Manager, Associate Director and Director levels 🎯 Financial Modelling (ideally within professional services/Big 4) - Manager level or somebody operating in that capacity 🎯 Financial Services specific M&A, ideally within an investment bank 🎯 Audit - at least 1 year post qualification and looking to make your first move into corporate finance Get in touch if you think you might have the skills we're looking for.
