    Ensuring your audience has a successful user experience SHOULD be the most important step for customer conversion. Sadly, this isn't always the case when it comes to localisation for International prospects. We sat down with Cristina Donaire from our International team, who shared her top tips for localisation in Spanish and Latin markets and why it's so critical to increasing conversion. Tip #1 - Be aware of regional variations in dialect. When working on website optimisation and selecting keywords for Spain, it is completely different when localising for Latin American countries. You need to consider the differences in culture, dialect and vocabulary between Spain and other countries outside of Europe. For example, in Spain, you would call a car - 'El Coche' 🚗 However, in South America, they say - 'El Carro' or 'El Auto' It's vitally important to ensure we get these differences correct and target the right keywords in each market. This will ensure our target audience has a successful user experience and a better chance of conversion.
